strut and shock install articles anyone?

does anyone know of any good shock and strut install articles on-line that could help me out? I pretty much have no experience. do you think I can do it on my own? My car is already lowered and the ride quality is horrible and the main thing is that I want to improve that. will installing some new tokico shocks and struts have a big improvement on the ride quality? thanks

Any Haynes or Chiltons manual will tell you... It's quite easy. The rear shocks are two bolts. One on the top inside the car on the shock tower then the one at tha bottom. The struts are a little different. Maybe someone else wants to chime in.
