351C in a 95?

How involved would this be? Any known links/pages to check out? Looking for more info. I have a 65 fastback shell in the garage, long way to go yet. My motor should be done soon and I'd like to have it in something to run while the fb gets work/parts done. Any info is good info. Thanks.

You do mean a clevland motor, right? If so, good frickin luck getting it in there...lol.

I think the motor mounts are completely different than the windsor series.

Back in the day, the Cleveland offered lots more performance. With all of the aftermarket stuff for the Windsors now, it's sort of a moot point.

yes sir, they came with 2v/3v/4v carb configs. all had different heads.

the valve reference is to the throttle valve.

so heads are reffered to as 2v heads, 4v heads, etc...

you would have to go to a land down under, but they were stock and apparently outflow most 4v heads--although i don't claim to be a 351c expert by any means.

Maybe something easier than swapping in a 351C would be to build a Clevor engine - Cleveland heads adapted to a Windsor block. Wasn't the Boss 302 basically this kind of idea? A 4-bolt Windsor block with canted Cleveland heads?

there is a great CLEVOR build up in the new MMFF. they got over 600 hp. it tells you alot about the cleveland heads, and specifically the CHI aluminum 3V heads.
