The first time around for my 70 Boss 302, I received many responses and that really helped me decide on the 17" mini lites for that car. http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=594036

This time around I want to switch wheels on the 71 Boss 351 to 18". I am thinking the 18" billet magnum 500's or 18" CCW 3-piece wheels as shown on the second pic. The grabber yellow Mustang is the car receiving new wheels. Which would you choose and why?

Anybody want to buy my existing wheels? They are 17" salt flat wheels with powdercoated black centers and expensive Carlisle spinners, no more than 150 miles on them. With or without the Nittos.

Thx,
Frank

Frank,

How much do you want for the salt flats? What size are they? I may be interested.

Beautiful car, I love Yellow Boss1s!

I think Magnum 500s look good up to 16 inches, bigger than that I would go with something else. The center blackout with chrome rim always looks good on a yellow car.

They are 17x8, with 245/45/17 front and 255/45/17 rear. I purchased at http://www.newstalgiawheel.com/listproducts.asp?cat=1017 for $265 each wheel, spinners were $75 each, powdercoat centers $450, for a total of $1810 for wheels and spinners. I forgot how much the Nittos were. I will take $1075 shipped to your door with tires included (already balanced).
