11" brake conversion

I have an '86 lx that originally had a 4cyl. It has 10" rotors on it. I would like to put brakes from an '87-'93 5.o. They have 11" from the factory. Is this correct? If this is so what do i need to do this? Are there any companies out there that sell a complete kit. Also i already have draglites for the car so i want to keep the 4 bolt pattern. I drag race the car and are looking for more stopping power. Will i see much of an improvement? THANKS for any info.

Yes, on pre 87 foxs the 87-93 is a bolt on upgrade. As far as more improvement, yes it'll be better than what you have on there now. I just went from stock brakes to 13" cobras. Dyamn is all I can say.

to help you out i think i still have my old brake setup.. spindles, rotors, calipers and hoses. id sell them cheap if i still got them.

I live about 80 miles north of pittsburgh near oil city. If you have everything i would be interested. Even if you only had the spindles. How much would you want for it?

you could also upgrade to the svo/lincoln mkVII 73mm calipers, unless the stuff you're buying already has it installed...only problem then would be grinding them down so the draglites fit.
