2002 GT: HOW TO REMOVE DECKLID??

Need some help guys. My car is at home right now, I am at school a few hours away. But this weekend I will be going home and need to remove my decklid (the entire trunk lid with spoiler). Since I do not have it in front of me to look at, not sure what is involved.

How hard is it? And what tools will I need and can you guys give me some steps? I know their is one wire, the brake light and plate lights wire that runs along the lid and into the driver side trunk area near the rear tire. How do I remove this wire as well?

This is for a 2002 GT, with stock GT spoiler.

Thanks for the help!

Took mine off about a year ago when I added some Dynashield to the deck lid and spoiler. I can't remember the size for sure but I believe it's 4 8mm or 10mm bolts that attach the decklid to the latches. Make SURE you mark where the lid is in relation to the latches just like you would if you removed the hood. I marked the top and one side with a black sharpie. The wires are held in by your standard connectors and plastic holders. It's real simple should only take you about 10 minutes. Try to have someone there to hold the lid when you take the bolts out.

Here is a picture of the "special" tool :D
