Ran into problem during clutch quad. removal (pic)

You can get a new hitch pin (or whatever they are called) at Ace, etc.

Ive only done this job once and i just stuck a tire iron through the clutch cable hole in the firewall and pried it right off no problem. were you trying to pry from the floorboards or from the engine bay?

i just took a drill and stuck it thru the firewall and cut the thing in half. took like 2 mins and it just fell out rather than prying on stuff that shouldnt be pry'ed on.

I just did mine yesterday,had to take the seat out,.The big one came off easy the small one was a PITA I just pryed off with a prybar I just left the spring on and pulled the pedal all the way while prying and after 20 mins of fghting it finally popped off.
