I'm running 11lbs. and the only reason I went that high is the car was recently involved in a magazine shoot which involved more than just photos. We had a half a dozen or so 1/4 mile runs at a prominent track which required a good performance. I was lucky enough to have a guy fly up from Diablo and dyno tune the car which involved probably 8 hours, maybe less. Then he was data logging each run and making tweeks to the tune. That kind of attention to the tune takes a lot of the danger out of running 11lbs. boost or I wouldn't have kept it at that level. If I end up blowing it, which is still possible, I'll just have to deal with it. I don't run it too hard and try to stay under 6100 on street shifts and will try to stay away from the track except once in a while. It was Justin Burcham who hooked me up with all of the attention and the tune. He's been great and gave me an opportunity that I couldn't refuse. I can't discuss any details of the photo shoot and what the article is all about as requested by the magazine editor. I guess puting all of cash into the car over the past 16 months paid off for me. The article is probably 3-4 months from release.
