TRANSMISSION UPGRADES?

I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED MY FIRST MUSTANG IT HAS AN AOD THAT HAS SOME PROBLEMS. THE CAR HAS EDLEBROCK HEADS, G.T. 40 INTAKE/MANIFOLD, B-CAM, OFF-ROAD X-PIPE, AND FLOWMASTERS. WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN DAILY DRIVER CAPABLE

WHAT SHIFT KIT, WHAT RPM STALL CONVERTER (HAVE BEEN TOLD TO USE 3000), AND ANY OTHER AFTERMARKET GOODIES DOES ANYONE SUGGEST PURCHASING

do lots of searches.. theres tons of info about this.. From what I've researched:
Good quality parts:
-Transgo shift kits
-lentech valve bodies (http://www.lentechautomatics.com/aodhome.html)
-Precision Industries Stallion Converter http://www.converter.com/stallion.htm
-B&M Oil Tranny cooler
-Alto Red Clutches
-Hardened 1 piece input shaft

Theres a lot more you can do but this is the basics.. and all of these are supposedly great parts for the AOD. Good Luck
