'90 GT hesitating

'90 gt hesitating when it is warmed up....sometimes when i pull out it will buck or when i just give it gas it will hesitate a little....mainly between 2-3k rpms.

is it the mass air meter?? can this be cleaned or just replace it?

The above link is great, I have used it several times with success.

However, I would just start with pulling the codes from the computer.
