No codes, but Service Engine Soon light is on?

I took the Mustang out of storage yesterday and check the oil, then I drove in to Albany, NY and back. Service Engine Soon light came on (car runs great), so I plug in the Predator to read the codes. The Predator say's there is no codes (good thing I hope:D ). I tried the gas cap, but the light is still on. Should I disconnect the battery for a few minutes or something else?

Oh, I have BBK Longtubes w/ catted x-pipe, Roush side exiting exhaust, steeda CAI, Accufab TB and Plenum, 3.73 gears and some other stuff.

try bringing it to a autozone or some other place with a scanner and see if that scanner comes up with anything. if not pull the negitive battery cable to reset the keep alive memory. and see if the light comes back on.

Good idea - I'll bring it to Advance Auto Parts to see what they get, if anything.

I don't know exactly how the Predator interprets data from the obd-2 system, but a while back, when I did my midpipe swap, I had a CEL, but my code reader wouldn't pick up a code. I bought a different code reader (the orange type that most autozone's use) and it picked up the code immediately.. P0059.

I wrote to the manufacturer of both code readers, and they both indicated that my model year probably used the CANN protocol, which some older code readers aren't fully capable with (according to them.)

Code: P0460

Well Adance Auto did pull the code: P0460 "Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Malfunction", but he deleted it. Now is that a good thing or bad? It did not come back on, but my stang has the warranty only until April 15, so I now have no code to show Ford until it comes back on. Can I do without a fuel level sensor?

Just wait, if there is a problem, then the code will come back. You could mention it to your dealer but they'll likely tell you not to worry about unless the light comes back on.
