There we go, the pic says it! 313 RWHP and 374 TQ. I'm fairly satisfied, I was expecting 320 to the wheels so that is pretty darn close. The only problem is... well, it isn't fast enough :D I'll 'settle' with this for now until my budget allows me to do an H/C/I swap.

Who did the tuning? How much timing? What are your other mods? Powerpipe? Stock pulleys? Sounds kinda weak to me.

Who did it is on the dyno sheet. They set the timing, originally it was 10 degrees advance (stock), but I didn't ask what they set it at, I'll have to look at the paperwork. Yes, I have the power pipe, and my mods are in my sig. We are talking about 360 at the crank over 215 at the crank, that's quite the gain don't you think? We'll have to get Grady over here and see what he thinks.

Thanks 94gts, I'm glad everything worked out too!

Is this on a stock headed car? If so those are nice #'s. I love PHP... Small shop but he does very good work

I was very impressed by the demeanor and attitude of the shop. When I went to pick up the car I popped open the hood just to check how everything looked. They relocated my air temp sensor from my air intake elbow to my discharge tube (where it would get a proper air reading), but the hole was unplugged and the power pipe wasn't all the way on the S/C. I talked to his main tech, Carl, and he asked Paul and he threw it right back on the dyno for me so I got to watch it :nice: They plugged up the hole, put the air intake completely back on. After the run he showed me what a difference putting the air sensor in the discharge is. He said with how that sensor changes timing it's real important to having it read that hotter air after the S/C then the room temp air it was reading before. He had solid answers to all my questions and told me the road on the way out was private and to have fun :D

EDIT: Sorry, yes it's the stock H/C/I. The whole motor is stock minus the exhaust.

My father lives right behind the train tracks about 2 minutes away from there. He did my gears last summer...Commerce street, I think it is.... lots of tire tracks there. Those are some nice numbers for a stock headed car. ~I should be saving up for a S/C now.

Im assuming that you run an auto, right??
How many pounds of boost are you running?
If you got a powerpipe you should be in the 10-12lb. range.

No, 5 speed. I hit 10 pounds up top when I get on it. I have yet to see someone run 12 lbs of boost with an 8# pully and a power pipe. I usually see right around 10 being the magic number. Is anyone out there making 12? I don't think I wanna push 12 on the stock internals anyways.

EDIT: I know some of you don't think these numbers are up to par, but this is an otherwise stock engine with an exhaust. Off of Vortech's website it says gains of 104 hp and 85 tq. I don't know if those numbers are supposed to be at the flywheel or wheels, but it exceeds both. I feel I am right exactly where I am supposed to be.

Im pushing 13lbs. w/ the stock 6.87 pulley and 3.33 pulley. Im actually going to be stepping up to a 7.00 crank pulley and a 3.12 blower pulley.
No offense but your #'s are pretty low for a stick car. Id think you'd easily see 340-350 to the wheels.

You also have a Cobra, I have a GT. If you look up at the other posts there are people saying they make those extra horsies with a better intake. We need to find someone else on here with similar goodies that I have and add things up. Where's Grady at?

EDIT: I can't find on my paperwork where it says what my timing is set at. I'll just call them and see what they sat it at or borrow my buddies timing light and see. Maybe they left it at 10? If so then I'll just bump it up a bit, maybe that's why they seem low. Personally I expected at least 320, but I'm not going to get all pissed off, I just gained over 100 horse :)
