Help! Air Bag Sensors- Radiator Support!

Hey guys I'm taking a fiberglass hood off of an 89GT and putting it on a 93LX... problem

The Hood was pinned in front where the 93LX has Airbag sensors (I think that's what they are- they're on front and are held in by Green Bolts).

I need to remove these or remove the green bolts- can I do that without making my airbag deploy???

Removing the bolts will not deploy the airbag, but if you relocate the sensors, your airbag may not deploy if you're involved in an accident. You might want to consider glassing shut the holes in the hood instead....

Also if you are going to mess with them take the battery loose as a just in case preventative measure. It would suck to have the airbag deploy just from working on the sensors.
