Smoking,MPG HELP

My car smoke from the manifold if i take it upto 4k-4.5k, but if i drive it under3k it doesnt do anything, i can see that there is oil leaking from the lower manifold(im fixing that).
Is the leak my only problem. IM concerned its something else cause(i dont recall if this is new or not) but around the tb and top intake manifld right were the two connect, is discoloration almost completely around the connection as if they were wet,possibly GAS!? Any clues
Also my MPG isnt that great maybe around 12-15 which isnt ****ty but defintely not as good as can can be. Besides the tune up basics would a faulty 02sens send a CODE/CHECK LIGHT on these 5.0's or do they just go bad and you have to replace them..

There shouldn't be any gas around the throttle body... But if your EGR system is still hooked up, you could be leaking coolant.

You most likely need valve cover gaskets too. Its probably seeping some oil on the headers and burning it off.

im sorry its around the egr and the plenum!
intake gasket job and valve gaskets mine as well while its all apart anyways.

If they are the stock valve cover gaskets, dont make the mistake of throwing them away if they are not damaged. Just clean them up and re-use them. They will be metal, covered in rubber if they are stock. Keep them, they are the best.

Install a new PCV valve and a new screen (under it) while you are in there.
