Headswap Help

Hey guys i just need a praticaly yes or no answer... I am looking to install Patroit Stage 2 or 3 heads wit VT stage 2 or 3 cams...My questions is if you have to pull the motor when performing the headswap...thnx

As the others have said, no you don't have to pull the engine. Don't forget that you'll also need springs if you're going with the VT 2 cams.

And to either Drill an extra hole into the aluminum crossover OR use a T fitting for the second temp sensor

And put the Oil dipstick tube on with the head

the patriots should come with the springs you'll need. mine did

Since you don't have your current mods listed... if you have LT's already installed, you might have to drop the k-member or pull the motor, otherwise I agree

no you sure don't have to pull the motor i just finished a head swap on my 00 stang and out the stage 2 patriot heads fairly simple swap just time consuming. be sure to check the plugs on the backside of the head to make sure the plugs are in. i didn't check mine and when i cranked it up i had synthetic oil running down my LT headers lol.
