Black Magic Xtreme Fan

Does anybody know if i can use a Black Magic Xtreme Fan with my stock radiator?

I'd buy a bigger aluminum radiator first. Then worry about the fan.

Radiator, first. Then, swap to a 3g alternator. THEN go for the electric fan. Probably no major difference in cooling between the electric and mechanical fans, but your charging system will hate you if you go trying to put big loads on it with the puny stock 65amp alt still in place.

FWIW, there have been a lot of complaints on here about Black Magic (aka Black Tragic) fans ... not so much electrical fans in general, just that brand. You might want to look into a Mark VIII or a Taurus fan, instead - possibly cheaper, cools just as well, and easy to find.

I have the Extreme fan in my car. Love it. Way better than the original Black magic. Has nice brackets and is easy to mount. NO monkeying around trimming and fitting and zip tieing. You will need an alternator upgrade though. Yes it will work with the stock radiator and adjusts to larger ones too.

+2 on that one. Black Magic Extreme fan is awsome! Installs in like 2 hours. NO BS!
