Woooow... Can I come over and play in your garage? Question though, was there some percussion persuasion on the passengers side shock tower or is that just a trick of light?
Sweet rides.
I installed a Vintage Air unit in my '65. It had some small issues with the installation, but it works good. It almost needs a lower fan setting 'cause it blows so cold.
Make sure your cooling system is up to it. I am planning a big aluminum radiator upgrade with electric fans, because it now overheats if I leave the AC on in traffic.
Sweet, my best friends family is the Kirkhams, and let me tell you that is one amazing car you got there. Everytime I go there it makes me jittery like a little kid. I live pretty close to them. 20 minute drive, we go there whenever we need special tools and help. Everytime there are 100's of aluminum and copper bodied Cobras and Willys, along with full aluminum 427's and strokers just plastered everywhere. One awesome shop, and I am so jealous, I want to own one of those one day. Enjoy it man!!
Congrats on the awesome looking fastback!!! Very nice...
I love the Cobra as well. Couldn't you get a few more cubes or a few less in the Cobra? Not 454! jk I bet the thing will fly if you can stop it from smoking the tires.
It looks like you have plenty of projects to work on. I barely have enough time to work on the projects I want to get done on my '66 Coupe. However I would have a kit Cobra if I had the money. You wouldn't happen to be an ear, nose, and throat specialist would you?
thanks guys. The towers are virgin, just the light making it look like it has been bent. Yes the Kirkham is a special car, very fast and it takes some getting used to before you can drive it at speed. I need to divest myself of a couple of cars but I cannot get a GT40 replica out of my head. chuck
When i was England over spring break i went to the national auto museum.... and they had a right hand drive GT40 MK II............ and that's where i stayed for the majority of the day.
