Disney's Cars

Yeah the movie is definitally good, BY FARRRRRRRRR the best car sounds in any car movie ever. Especially lightning mcqueen and snot rod (orange hot rod)....really awesome movie, wouldnt hesitate to see it a second time.

Its funny how disney makes a more accurate to reality car movie as in sounds and other aspects, than any other car movie ive seen.

Snot rod was my favorite even though he was only in it for like 40 sec lol.

Took all my kids to it last weekend. They really liked it. My 5 yr old twins already have plans to see it again!

It does have some adult humor, (courtesy of Larry the cable guy - once he was talking about the Piston Cup racing trophy - "He did WHAT in his cup?" ) along with a pretty good story.

Once the DVD comes out, I'm sure I'll be watching it a LOT! (with the kids of course!) LOL!

well, probably not ever, but as a car guy you HAVE to appreciate this movie. the vehicles, shapes, sounds, etc were all accurate...then you figure in all the creativity in the backgrounds, named of things, etc plus the pure entertainment value and story line...its just a really good movie. i purely enjoyed it.

You aren't kidding. They really did their homework on it. Everything was accurate...even more than the silly Fast and Furious movies. It was a pretty entertaining movie and the plot was great, they couldn't have done it any better.

It's not really a kids movie. It does have adult humor in it like when the twins came up to lightning McQueen after the first race and flashed their headlights at him! What 5 year old is going to understand that joke!

They even took a stab at ricers by making those rice cars really rediculous looking and even gave one a 6-level rear spoiler.

I didn't understand Snot Rod though...why did they put a muscle car in it and make him sick??

ANyway, good movie. I enjoyed it more than i thought I would

Its supposed to go along with that "untamed absolutly out of control horsepower muscle car" idea, like when he sneezes, everyone clears out because he blows fire and ****. Hes my favorite character, because thats how I feel on the street lol, just cruise around minding my business, but its like a wolf amongst sheep, ready to anniliate anything on the road.

I saw it as well, and have to say the quality and accuracy was AMAZING...

When they showed maps and far away shots everything matched up. The amount of detail in the movie was some of the best I have seen, and the story line was actually really good.

I will probably see it again, and although it wont be the same as the first time, it is still an awesome movie...

2 thumbs up from someone whose not so much a movie person!

The movie was more of an adult movie than a kids movie, like the old car and the lowrider, "lets go low and slow" or something, hmmm, wonder what they meant. ;)

It was funny how they made fun of ricers, blahaha and even made fun of the big wheel ghetto SUV's that arent even used as SUV's.

After seeing 5 well 3 ****ty movies and 2 half ass disappointing ones in a row, it was good to see a decent one.

they should have made McQueen a Ford Torino 'cause that other car was a Daytona and it would just be so perfect.

yeah that would be cool, but the idea behind it was that mcqueen was the young rookie (hence the new style race car) the king was from the old school but still ruling the speedways (hence 60's superbird), and chick was the one who sorta came along somewhere in between to challenge the king but never quite got there (hence the 70's-80's style stock car) kinda more to do with the "age" of the characters and the amount of time they have been in the sport.
