So, lately, I've been hanging around with the wrong crowd. Specifically, my friend Jeff who did a Twin Turbo '89 GT a few years ago. Now I've been thinking about what I really want to achieve with my car. Originally, I had planned on a *hopefully* high 11 second N/A Mustang that could double as a daily driver. The way I was planning on achieving this was with a .030" over 302, with AFR 165's and all of the supporting mods (cam, intake, higher compression), a close ratio T-56, gears, and a full suspension.
Now that I've been looking into the Twin Turbo crowd, I'm starting to get intrigued. I like the idea of more power. I also like that a high power TT car has better street manners than a high power N/A car.
Things I don't like are that I know that I would build it with enough power to necessitate a roll cage. I didn't really want a roll cage, but could be convinced if I could hide it or make it inconspicuous.
