I am having a wierd problem. I was wondering if this ever happened to anyone else, and how they fixed the problem would be helpful.

Well heres the story, I was coming home from work to go on my lunch break and I got home shut the car off and went into the house an hour later I went back out to go back to work try to start my car, nothing happens except my oil and temp gauge go all the way to the right and I hear a clicking noise comming from the ccrm and it wont stop even if I take the key out of the ignition. I have checked every fuse in the car inside and out so I have ruled that out. Has this happened to anybody that is what i liked to know and how you fixed it would really appreciate it THanks

Did you hear the fuel pump prime? Did the car ever restart?

It sounds like a relay latched or got hung up. If it kept the car from starting, the EEC relay or FP relay are likely.

Post any other info you can think of. Bump.

I also noticed that nothing is coming on not even the radio the only thing that were actual doing is the fuel level gauge, the light in the engine compartment, the dome light were the only thing that is working the ccrm making the clicking sound like I said but I dont think that would the problem since the ccrm has nothing to do with the power to the car, but the car will not turn over or nothing I am going to go and check if the fuel pump is priming and if I am actually getting voltage to both fuse boxes

That makes sense. It should be a real quick swap for you.
The ignition must have had a connection opening and closing really quickly, and that caused the relay coil(s) to make noise.

Glad you got it whipped. :nice:
