Neutral Switch wiring after Trans Swap

Ok, so I finished the tranny swap and finally got my tune loaded from my SCT Xcalibrator 2 which supposedly turned off the auto stuff on my comp.

Car has power but the starter does nothing when I turn the key so I'm thinking neutral safety switch.

I'm a lil confused on the wiring. I plugged in everything on the pedal assembly except the big plug connected to the clutch pedal. I assume that's the neutral safety switch but there is no connection under the dash. I thought I wouldn't need it since it's an auto computer but now I'm thinking otherwise.

Can someone shed some light on how I can wire this or where to get the cable??

Couldn't find much help searching.

Thanks,
Jason

Na5.0HO:

The trusty old Haynes manual shows...

1. a clutch pedal position switch (red/lt. blue in and wht/pink out);
2. anti-theft controller module (wht/pink in and red/lt blue out);
3. transmission range sensor for the auto (red/lt blue in and wht/pink out);

then the starter relay.

There's a brake on/brake off (BOO) switch in the automatic that you need to look at, too (lt green/red in and red/lt green out). This goes to the PCM but I don't know if it is disabled (i.e.--ignored) by setting the auto switch to zero in the tune.

Follow the wires (from the ignition switch, wht/pink turns into red/lt blue in the harness to the clutch pedal position switch) until you don't get 12 V anymore and that will be where you need to correct things.

HTH,
