Just a quick question i just put in my order and for the part where it asks about motor mounts, (none, 5.0, 4.6, or chevy) i said none. I thought it meant did i want them to include stock 5.0 motor mounts with it. Is that what it is, or does it have to do with the way the weld the motor mounting points to the K-member?? If so then im going to have to call first thing in the morning and tell them change it. Thanks guys

UPDATE:

PA Racing has good customer service. They emailed me just now to make sure that i did not need motor mounting points, and to make sure that i was not confused. I told them that i needed the standard 5.0 mounting points. So all should be good.

I just saw this and was going to tell you that you needed to include that you wanted motor mounts. You can get it without mounts if you run a motor plate in a race only application. Jason (PA Racing) has some of the best customer service in the industry!

Cool to see you finally working on the suspension again. You doing this to finally fix that front end issue you were having? Or just doin it because of the added benefit/

Make sure you get some pics for that motor build you have goin on . I would really like to see this. Talk soon man.............Shane

Sorry to jack this thread but while we're at it:
Is this K-member thought to be the best bang for the buck piece in its field? I heard UPR/qa1 products are fairly weak and have been known to fail. Can anyone vouch for this? I heard the PA Racing k-member is strong and built to last and its been on my mind.

To be honest, if you get a few upgrades on it, it is the same price as the MM unit. I have been torn between the two for some time now.
