I have installed an Anderson PMS and PMAS 80mm MAF with 42# injectors along with a Vortech V-2 and TFS heads (stock shortblock and cam) I now have code 157 (MAF below min voltage) and 124 (TPS higher voltage than expected). I have tried resetting the throttle and has a decent idle @ 750-800 rpm and the TPS reads 1.05V @ idle. The check engine light does not come on until I start driving. Has anyone else seen this problem? I called Rick Anderson and he said it not to far out of the ordinary to have the light come on for the MAF, but he said it usually isn't a problem until getting to the 50# injectors.

I don't know about the PMS but in the Tweecer I can set the MAF voltage range. At stock is was above 0 and below 5 and I changed it to 0 for minimum and 4.999999 for maximum voltage range. Maybe PMS has that option but I don't know.

When I got my PMAS 80mm for my setup I had problems with a 157 for a day or two. Some people told me to turn the meter (meaning turn the entire assembly, when they told me to turn it I thought they meant undo the tamper proof torque bits and turn the meter which does nothing  ) but I found out that my problem was the little rubber piece that PMAS supplied in the connection on the MAF meter, you can find it inside the plug. It's the piece that helps make a nice tight seal. Well, mine didn't fit around the wall inside the plug entirely and kind of bulged out and didn't make a perfect connection with the plug on the car side. I would make SURE that the two plugs are tightly connected together. Check out that little rubber piece and try turning the assembly, let us know.

Thanks for the tip! I will try that out and hope it take care of it. Did you experience in surging around while cruising around 2,000rpm? I went in and added fuel @ 2,000 which seemed to help, but it's still there.

When I tried to drive it once when I thought that I killed the code and it came back I could barely limp it home. So I guess I can't really say anything about bucking or jumping, it just plain old ran like crap. If you play around with the connection and still have some issues let us and we'll see what else we can come up with.
