THIS IS A 100% STREET CAR. It's not a race/track car. Please keep this in mind when responding as many have problems differentiating between the two!!! :D

Current combo:

DSS Pro Bullet 306
PMS
Vortech V2-SQ at 13psi
Edelbrock Performer RPM heads
Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake
Custom blower Cam .547/.555, 220/232, 115 (hydraulic roller)
70mm throttle body
80mm Pro-M
FRPP shorty headers
2.5" exhaust with converters
TKO 500
3:73 gears
Shift at 6200
Made 475rwhp and 440 rwtq on conservative tune

I want to swap all parts over to a Dart 347 (3.25 stroke, 4.125 bore) and run 15psi.

How much of a gain should I see and how will the RPM heads and RPM intake fair on this motor for its intended use?

I would do it, probally you won't see the HP increase like you will see the torque difference. Maby have them ported would be a good option. I don't mean anything radical, just open it up a little to match the extra cubes your opening on the bottom end.
