thats weird. ive seen stuff like that on a lot of german cars. really sucks when youve just washed your car and an Audi S8 is in front of you spraying all 3 lanes behind it with a good 30 second blast of washer.

on my stang it kinda flops out onto the windshield. i always used the little clip thingys you get with new shirts to clean out the sprayers. maybe something is caught thats raising the pressure on the passengers side.

well this aint somethin i want to worry about on my saleen!!! also i have trouble with my driver side window.. 95% of the time it rolls down no problem.. but like today after work, i cant get it to roll down!!! so irritating

You have a warped cowl. If you press down on the cowl in between the pass sprayer & the windshield, it'll work perfectly. The only fix is to have the cowl replaced. My Mach has the same problem but it mostly hits the windshield. I have never gotten it fixed cuz I don't want my local Ford dealer's Service Dept touching my car. Whenever I get around to replacing the cowl, it'll be fixed.

ya, the cowl is warped, or one of the retaining clips holding the cowl on has failed. I am in this situation as well.

the cowl is the blask plastic piece at the base of the windshield just before the hood. your washer nozzles and wipers are located there.
