I've tried searching on this forum for the tires I'd like, but not much pops up for my combo. Will it work? Just wanted some input as to expected rubbing problems, on my decision below..

If the wheel well gap is still too big after the install, I will probably have it lowered. Not sure by how much.

I heard BF tires are the way to go.

Thanks all!

Rims:
Ruff Racing 278 19 x 9.5 all around

Tires
275/35/19 front
275/40/19 rear
33mm offset?

I chose 35 and 40 height to cushion the ride a bit. 30 doesn't give you much.

Your fronts will be about an inch shorter than the rears. That's about 1/2" less sidewall. The 275/40/19's will fit all the way around. The car should use wheels with a +45mm offset, so a +33mm offset will have the tires cutting it close to the edge of the wheel wells, possibly beyond the wells. You won't have any rub issues.

The 278 above are no longer available in the size I want.. Dang!

How about a setup with a +38 offset as below?

Wheels:
Brand: HP Racing
Model: HPR5
Wheel: Diameter 19 inch 5-114.3
Size: 19"
Front: Front Size: 19" x 8.5"
Rear: Rear Size: 19" x 9.5"
Offset: +38

Spacer needed? Aren't they unsafe to use?

Tires:
front...235/35/19 Hankook K104 Z-Rated
back...265/35/19 Hankook K104 Z-Rated listed

Anything I can do to increase cushioning with tires?

Thank you!
