I live 6 miles north of summit so I would be able to tak eit back. I took back an electric speedometer that I fried lol. I just had to convince the idiots it was supposed to smell like melted plastic. Sure enough they bought it and refunded my money.

Yea their very willing to work with people, The battery box I ordered came cracked, no questions asked, right away they asked for my phone number and adress, and they sent me another one overnight.

3.90s and launching @ rev limiter should light up any tire... something is very wrong. Who told you to advance the cam?

yeah i figured it would spin them

mike (thumper) suggested advancing it....

if i go through the trouble of retiming the cam, would it be worth it swap back to the stock camshaft??? i could have a super "stock" engine lol

i get the fuel pump tomorrow i think, so by this week end it should be in...

i still dont think with all the new ported parts and the cam, should make the car slower. i doubt the advanced cam would hurt it that much....

look at the plugs if they dont look like they are firing youll know.

Did you degree the cam when you put it in?

I would keep the cam and put it in dot to dot.If you decide to change it back.
Put the new pump in and a new filter.
Double check all the timing events. firing order, everything. Get a tool and do a compression test. If you lost compression on one cyclinder you may not notice it in normal driving.

Did you check and make sure the timing has not slipped? I've seen the distributor lock get loose and let the distributor turn and that would make your car slow as crap. You have a good 60' but your et and trap speed are about what my old bolt '96 GT ran. So your car is deffinately down on power. You should be in the low 13s. My friends '93 coupe with bolt-ons, home ported stock heads, intake, and e-cam ran constant mid to low 13s and your car should too.

i checked the plugs the day after, they all looked the same, none looked different.
I will do a compression test hopefully by this weekend, install new fuel pump and filter and set the timing again...

lol i will lol but its late and i am going to bed haha!
also what the minimum i have to take off so i can re degree my camshaft? if it comes down to that.

just take the WP and TC cover off?

you can leave the WP attached to the timing cover. Just remove the long bolts so cover can come off.
