I agree with you. I was running around 9 to 1 afr because of the 1700ft altitude that and my car sat all winter insured it on thursday drove to the event friday and raced on sat. It never got a tune up at all. In fact my magnetic pickup in my msd dizzy was all rusted and the car was missing. so when you factor that into it i guess i did ok but i'm sure there is more in it. oh i didn't have vic jr heads at the time i had holley systemax II heads.cleanLX said:hp helps 60' greatly.
