How to install power steering hose for 96

Hey I have a new hose and am trying to put it on. I have the top installed and I need the bottom to fit. Its not. It looks as if it should just simply screw in. However no room for wrench, fingers not working. Anything I should do different or something I;m not thinking about I could do? Please help.'

take the powersteering pump off then put the hose on.
