Upgraded to 24lb injectors and changed the sample tube, but didnt pay attention when I removed the 19.

Does the angle cut portion of the sample tube face the front (air filter) or the back (TB)?

Yeah, Im a knuckle head.

Thanks for the help

I believe the angle cut goes to the rear. Check out the pic and see what you think.

If Im looking at the pics right, it would appear that the 2 pics contradict one another.

In the 1st pic with the 2 meters side by side, angle cut goes to the front correct? In the 1st pic the double leg bottom is facing to the right and shows the straight cut section facing out. In the 2nd pic, it shows the meter as it would be installed in the engine, Double leg section towards the engine and sensor port facing the fender.

So if we were to make both pics show the meters facing the same direction, The 1st would have the angle facing the throttle body and the 2nd has the angle facing the air box.

I've just had a flange welded to a C&L to mount to my airbox and also removed the tube beforehand and refitted it today.

It can only be put back one way, ie if the slant faces to the rear you will see the front tube section will not be properly seated against the housing.

The slant goes to the front, ie airbox :D .

This is correct.

Slant on the forward side, but you can't screw it up.
