How much would speedo be off

I was thinking bout installing 3.73's and tloc sometime this month and how ok it would be if my i drove around for a month or so with my speedometer off, if i could do that any real risks besides a off speedo, cant afford the xcal and speedcalibrator. i know there different and u only need one, but i just got enough cash for install and parts. SO would this be ok for a month or a couple of weeks

To tell you the truth when im on the highway i NEVER look at my speedo unelss im going REALLY FAST, what i do is keep up with everyone else, as long as you have Tons of people in front of u going at the same pace you are ok

Not exactly advice to live by.... :notnice:

Stangage - take the current gear size and divide by new gear size and that will give you your % difference between what the speedo says and what you are actually going.

That would make it approx. 13.4%, since all 99+ V6's come with a 3.27.
