Randomly my domelight will flash on, my horn will honk, and I think the trunk light will flash or at least some sound from the trunk all at the same time? It just started happening about a 1-2 weeks ago. I allready reset my alarm so Im pretty sure its something in the cars factory wiring (cars a 1995 ford mustang gt) and I MUST find and fix it myself since Im not rich and dont have a few thousand to spend on a tech. to trouble shoot and fix it. Any ideas on what it could possibly be or how I can trouble shoot and find it myself? Im pretty good with wires as Iv rewired a few older cars for people before but never dealt with anything fuel injected so I dont even know where to start. Computer, fuse box...

That is your alarm screwing up. Nothing in the car connects the domelight with the horn except an alarm. I would suspect a bad brain.

Did the car come with factory alarm, or is it aftermarket?

Yea the noise from the back sounds like a relay but I cant see what it is when Im driving. Yea this weekend Ill locate and take out the factory alarm, Im also looking into putting in a new alarm system so Im hopeing that its just an alarm problem and not some short in the factory wireing.

It's on this black plastic mount on the drivers side under the trunk side panel. The keyless entry module is on the back of the mount. There should be 2 connectors on it. They connect into the 'bottom' of it (as it's mounted).

RR is right-on. I recall people having had issues with that location (water seepage or something that affected the brain).

Good luck.
