Traffic Attorney

I've used a traffic attorney twice in the last five years. $150 a pop for speeding tickets in Clark County. He got me off both times. You don't even go to court yourself.

Even after getting a negligent driving (arguing with cop + revving motor = cheuffered ride to downtown), my guy got me off the speeding and "no insurance" wrap.

He doesn't do OR though. He uses some WA state laws and gets the case dismissed through a technicality. Seems kind of shifty, but it works. I was in traffic court in 2000 and saw this attorney walk in, go up to the judge, and say,"Persuant to RCW blah blah blah, case numbers blah blah and blah should be dismissed." The judge looked at some papers and agreed. The guy was out of there in three minutes. I swear, it's all a racket.

Been pulled over several times speeding in excess of 100mph. The key is to never admit guilt, talk to the officer as if you are confused why you got pulled over, but do it with a smile and be courtious. I've been lazored, paced, videod and I do not have one single ticket on my record. If you decide to travel over 100mph+ be aware you might be going to jail. 15mph over is considered wreckless/negligent and they can take you in if they choose to do so. Alot of them won't if you are not endangering other vehicles...in other words do it where there aren't cars around you have to dodge and the cops might be cool. I've had them let me go before after they pulled me over to comment on how nice my car is. Also between shifts is a great time to speed. Cops are headed back to base while others are in the meeting room getting their briefing. Find out by visting your local state patrol precinct or finding and making one a friend. Check out http://mucklestone.com/ Hell I was on a video once where I could see myself from the state patrols vehicle and the officer was saying his speedo was pegged at 120 (Chevy Tahoe) and I'm pulling away rather quickly.

Jeannie is awesome! :hail2:

Goodluck!

I am not sure in which state you are referring to as you don't show a location, but if that is for Washington you are mistaken. 15mph over the limit is not considered reckless or negligent merely because of the speed. If you are doing 15mph, using signals, etc. you are likely to get a speeding ticket. If you are doing 15 mph over, tailgating, not using signals, etc you are likely to see a negligent driving ticket.

Neg driving was decriminalized years ago and you can not be arrested for it, but it does carry a $538 fine.

Neg driving....in a manner likely to endanger persons or property.
Reckless...in a wilfull and wanton disregard for persons or property.

As far as your confused theory.....my experience is the opposite. Confused and you get a ticket. Honest and straight up and you walk away with a greatly reduced ticket or none at all. However, if you are honest and he writes you for the full amount traffic court would not be any fun.

Honesty...100% walk away with NO ticket or greatly reduced.
Confusion...100% walk away with ticket.

Those percentages are based on 100's of stops.:nono:
