Anyone have one on a 2.3l?

I have spoken with Max. Motorsports and Blue Oval Ind. and they are saying the ones they sell fit only the 5.0s. I would like to get one for my wife's 90 convertible.

Thanks

I have one on my 92 2.3, it is from HPM it did rub a little on the top of the alt. so I just ground it down a little.

I have one on mine also...the only thing I had to do
was replace the oil fill cap with one of those rubber
push on plugs with the chrome cap...I found a Mr.Gasket
one for a (heaven forbid)small block chevy,I then filed the
rubber down to get a snug fit in the valve cover..now it clears
the brace with no problems and it looks a lot better than the
stock one.
It's similar to this...

I used to have a Steeda STB on my old '90 and it fit with no problems whatsoever. I also have a Maximum Motorsports one that is going on my Thunderbird (someday), from test fitting I had no interference problems with the engine, just some problems at the strut towers, but then it's also a Thunderbird so it's a bit different.

Most of those strut tower braces are the same design, so if one fits, most other brands should. My steeda brace was about the same design as the one BossHoss has. The only crappy thing about a strut tower brace is that they DO make it slightly harder to get at the oil cap, but it isn't really a big deal.
