I am pretty sure you can go to just about any parts store and look up the parts for a 94' Cobra right over the counter. Ultrastang makes brackets too and may offer a whole kit as well.
We cleaned out Mustang Steve of all his kits during a group buy at www.69stang.com and I have not installed my kit yet so if you need it I can lay out all the parts that came with the kit to help you identify what you need to a sales clerk.
Edit: I just rembered that the owner of 69stang had already taken pics but I couldn't find them, I did find the video from when he unpacked it though. http://www.1969stang.com/video/mscobrakit.wmv
Also, Edbert has a link on his website for when he installed it and I think he just bought the brackets from Steve so he may have all the parts listed as well in his write up.

The original disc brake conversion I first came out with was in the spring of '02. That setup utilized the rear discs from the '84-'90 Lincoln Mk VII --which I still offer today.
Earlier this year, I came out with two more bracket designs to adapt the '94-'04 SN-95 Mustang rear discs to the '65-'73 8- & 9-inch rear ends. One setup is designed to adapt the V6/GT 10½" diameter, solid rotors:
Another project I've been working on lately, deals with adapting '04-'94 Cobra/'01 Bullitt/'03-'04 Mach 1 13" front discs/PBR calipers onto '75-'80 Granada spindles. I dubbed the brackets the "G2C" conversion, which stands for; Granada-to-Cobra".
Currently, I only have this one set of prototype G2C brackets on my own '68. I've got to make a revision to the bracket design to make it compatible with either '65-'73 Mustang drum brake hubs or '70-'73 Mustang disc brake hubs, so that the caliper will line up properly with either type of hub.
