no im not going to sell them due to the fact that they were given to me from a friend that didnt have to give them to me so im going to give them back or put them away.

but due to the expense of fixng them i have decided to look for some new ones but there are so many of this basic style that im having a hard time choosing. what wheels do you think?

i really like the straight spoke of the original torq thrust, like you have. i don't like the curved spoke of the D or II as much.

the vintage wheel V-40 is a straight spoke design available in 15 and larger.

Well, first let me say I love Torinos !! They are a larger car than a Mustang and in my opinion need a nice big wheel/tire combo. If I had your car and wanted torg-thrust, I would use the Torg-Thrust II "classic" design in a 17x7 up front and maybe a 18 or 19 in back !! If you wanna wander from the torg-thrust a little, I also like the ARE salt flats with the darker center. My favorite wheel is the PSE GT-40 that I have on my '65 !! They would be killer on your car. I think you should go 17" or bigger. Here are a couple of links.

Be reeaaaallllly ballsy !!!!!!!!! Those last wheels in 17's would "MAKE" your car. You will not believe the difference in driving and looks if you do ! Go for it. You can always put your current wheels back on when you want the "retro" look for a day or two

but its alot of cash for something i just dont know about.

the vintage wheel V40's i posted or the straight spoke americans in the middle would be my choice. i really like the look if the straight spoke ones you have now and if you were to do those in 15" all the better. i wouldn't do 17's on your car, it looks nice and stock like it is even with the wheels you have and i'd prefer to keep it that way myself. hell even a 15" GT wheel would look good on your car.

here's what i would do, the straight spoke wheel with a 15x8 or 15x9 in the back with a 295/50-15 and 15x7 up front with a 235/60-15 to give it the look of bigs-n-littles and with enough tread on the ground to still handle really well and enough sidewall that you still have a good ride too.
