What holds it on? Where are the attachment points? Does it use one time push clips? interlocking built in locks like the grill?? The right side of mine is loose.. with about a 3/8" gap between it and the Q panel. You can push on the bumper and close the gap.... but there must be a broken/loose clip, lock, what have you.

i think bronco78 is reffering to the side of the bumper, not the rear. at least that is how i read it.

Wow, that came off the factory line?

:(
No..it was fine then. I noticed it today while washing the toy. Had a nightmare of a dealing with a local body shop that did a right front fender replacement.... So wanted to clean her up and have a good look...Noticed this rear bumper issue right away :nonono:

So now I have swirls in the paint on the front to deal with.. And this :bang:

Seems like you and Mity2 got the shaft at the repair shop. I would take it back until they get it correct, especially if someone elses insurance is picking up the bill.

They finally got the paint right.. try #4.. The bumper cover is only their fault if they admit backing it into something (at this point what I think happened) I found the spot on their property where I think it happened.....but it is not worth it at this point. I deploy to Iraq in a few weeks, the issues are workable at my level. so, I'm not willing to let these clowns touch the car again...

What I really need to know is.. Where are the attachment points? and what kind of fasteners are they?
