How hard was it to get your headlights to fit like that. Mine dont fit perfect. there is a little gap behind the corner light. Im thinking about putting wider rubber strips on them to close the gap.

I didn't have to do any extra fitting with mine. I did take the black plastic snaps off of the threaded mounting bolts and I used washers and wingnuts instead.

You have a washer on the front and back of the header panel, or just the back?
