Need advice on ride height

I've noticed a 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference in height (lower) on the driver side rear. I have the Eibach Pro kit installed with Bilstein shocks. I know there are issues with the Eibach Sport sets, but have not heard about problems with the Pros.

The difference is visibly noticeable and I would like to fix it. I was thinking of getting adj. LCAs instead of paying the same ammount for new springs. That way I can raise the drivers side by 50% of the difference and lower the passenger side by 50% of the difference, with a bonus of solidifying the rear movement with the LCAs.

Is this a viable solution to the situation??

TIA

Well it's a good thing no one responded to my question.

Friggin' nail in the sidewall of the tire just used up what money I had set aside for LCAs   :bang:

If it's only 1/4 to 1/2 inch, I would think the easiest and cheapest method would be to cut just enough off of the right rear coil spring to make it even. That small amount would probably have no adverse affect on ride or performance.

OMG I fixed it :nice: It turns out that by putting the "donut" on the passenger side (where the flat was and where it sat higher) seems to have leveled the back end quite nicely. :rlaugh:

Sorry but this is all I can do right now to keep my sanity. New Eagle F1 GS-D3 is on it's way and should be here Monday. Until then I can't do squat about evening up the rear.

I don't think it would affect the handling, but I'm sure it would start to squeek at some point. Metal to metal contact :nono:

Still... does the original idea in the first post sound viable??

Yes installing adjustable LCA will enable you to even out the ride height in the rear. When I installed them, it caused other problems such as increased noise and incorrect pinion angle when they were adjusted all the way down.
