Weird Turn Signal Problem

So i've got a weird turn signal problem. When ever I turn my turn signals on they won't turn on right away. I have to turn my steering wheel until it clicks over one time for them to start working. Now sometimes I get lucky and they work as soon as I turn them on. And other times they won't turn on at all even after I start turning the steering wheel and clicks multiple times.

My fan blower does the same thing too. I have to turn my steering wheel to get the fan to start blowing. But I've noticed that once the fan is on the turn signals work right when I turn them on.

Anyone know how to fix this or has had a similar problem like this?

I'd vote for the ignition switch as well. I had the EXACT same problem. No signals and no fan blower. It was intermittent. An inspection of my ignition switch showed that it was separating. It was a pretty easy fix. The bolts that hold it on take a special wrench, or you might be able to do like I did and loosen them with vice grips. Good luck!

You think that's wierd? My turn signals work with the car off and right about the same time that started happening my wipers quit completely. I did have the column apart for my T-5 swap, but I don't know what I could have hooked up wrong to make it work like that.
