If I wanted to do my fuel system once, what would it include. It has to be streeteable and support twin 67mm turbos. I was figuring 60# injectors would be a starting point, then what, oh and I would like to stay return style

03 cobra tank. Replace cobra pumps with bigger ones. How much power are you trying to make?

since there is never enough HP I am trying to keep from doing things over and over, I Know you have known friends or read threads where people go from the 19# to the 36# and then 42# injectors and now they are running out of injectors again. I figure if I build a fuel system capable of 1000hp then I will only have to do it once.

Both replies have the cobra tank and bigger pumps, would these still work return style or would the pumps burn out

I'd go with 60's an SCT BA 2800 MAF - or a 2400 MAF with a Maf.ia. Then do the '03 Cobra tank and Ford GT fuel pumps - to get the fuel pumps to outflow the '03 Cobra pumps, you WILL need to run two FPDMs just like the GT's do. If you try to wire the GT pumps with one FPDM, they will flow a lot less and you may run into other problems too. Currently you have one FPDM. You also should do the wiring upgrade also. Should then support tons of power.

What level / HP of power will you have when you do the fuel system modifications? If you put to large an injector on for the HP you have, at idle the computer will have trouble get the duty cycle small enough.

I will be in the mid 300 range when I do the upgrades, my tuner says he can get 60#s to work down there and I should not run out. I am looking at the aeromotive systems that MMR sells with the sumped tank i figure that would be a good starting point

Why is everyone saying Cobra tanks etc etc he has a 97...different fuel system. You should get a Walbro 255lph hp intank or equivelent pump along with an inline pump if your going high hp...the aeromotive stuff is really nice but expensive.
60#inj, SCT 2800, upgrade your fuel lines and rails...that sumped tank setup looks badass from the rear. I considered one myself but just went with the Walbro for now.
