Alright, so the wheels/rims on my 2000 GT are stock and they are ugly. I want to replace them but I don't know much about it at all.

Would these work on my car? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-9...tegoryZ43957QQihZ019QQitemZ290048303193QQrdZ1

Also, I imagine I need new tires too then, correct? My tires are same size as the stock ones.

Also, would I not need them installed?

How much would installation of rims and the tires cost?

Those would look gorgeous but I'm not sure if the deep dish size would fit stock tires; I think those are for wider tires but others here might be able to clear that up.

This was something I had to research too, since the '03 Cobra rims I originally wanted required bigger tires - with new stock-size tires, I didn't want to shell out for them again. And it's hard to find anything in that style to fit OEM GT tires.

The '99 17 x 9 Cobra polished aluminum wheels fit perfectly on my '03 GT, and let me keep my tires. I found genuine Ford Racing wheels at Summit Racing for $219.95 each. A little more expensive than non-Ford, but worth it - good solid wheels that I trust with my life and my true love (car LOL!).

You would need them mounted and balanced - I can't remember how much but it wasn't a lot ($20 per tire?? not sure.) I also bought lug locks.
