Hesitation to start?

So, let me start off by saying that my Mustang runs great in general.

I do have one problem and was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what is going on. Anyways, when I start up the car normally, everything seems fine. Although, when I run in the grocery or some other errand and I come back out 30 or so minutes later, the car hesitates to start and the engine turns over longer than normal before it actually starts. Now, let me say it has never NOT started up.

Basically, if the car has been sitting a long time, it starts just fine, but when I start it up again after being on recently the engine will hesitate.

Any mods? I had this problem when I was stock a few times and then real bad (every cold start) after my blower install. My brother had the same problem in his stock GT too. Mine was my car was running pig rich or lean, I cant remember which, on start up after the blower and MPH tune. Took out or added, once agin cant remeber, fuel on start up and now it starts up every time. As far as my brother's I talked to him a few days ago about this and he said he took it to ford and reflashed his ecu. He thinks they did something else but isn't sure.

Good Luck.

It never actually fails to start... but 3-5 times out of the day the car cranks for a while before actually starting and it bothers me to no end...
