I've heard different things...what am I in for?

Make a day free and grab a 6 pack, no, better make it a 12 pack. They are a pita to install. The brake and clutch pedal are the worst. I soaked mine in scolding hot water to loosen them up and it helped a little. Good luck.

I thought it was pretty easy. Warm water and soap and voila, probably took me about an hour or 2.

I'd still recommend a 12 pack, but only because I love beer

My clutch one fell off. Now its in the glove compartment. I tried to put it back on for like five min. but it looked impossible. Maybe if i get an 18 pack it will go better....

No, not that bad really. I used the boil, put mostly on then smush it on the rest of the way with the feet. Here's mine installed.

mine came on the car. No benefit at all. In fact, regular pedals actually offer better grip, and who the hell looks under your dash to see what your pedals look like? I can understand why people buy them to put on, but it is hardly worth the effort, IMHO. There is no performance gain, and arguably a performance negative. If you own a Honda, it might make sense, as at that point a performance negative might actually come out increasing performance via the negative times a negative thing.

Yup. Mach 460 AM/FM with tape and seperate CD player underneath.

are you guys serious? a heat gun and 5 minutes and i had them all on. how can i be the only one? the dead pedal and gas pedal are cake, and the brake and clutch you gotta heat for a minute and they slip right on. hook the bottom on first and than slide around the rest

Correct, no light on them, but through them like stock. This is the type where you peel/remove the stock gauge cluster covering and replace with the white gauge covering.

But mine weren't too bad. Heat em and soap em and it's not bad.
