What are the pros and cons for 17" to 18" rims besides cost?

What he said. Even though my 18" are a bit heavier then my 17" I can't feel a performance difference.

I think the 99+ Mustangs scream for an 18" since the wheel openings are so large.

Even with a slight drop and some fat tires, 17's still look too small on our cars. This in itself is enough for me to go for the 18's, just so expensive.

Get 18's if you are gonna get new rims ... IMO

i think i'm going to buy black chrome bullitts. do you guys think they will be hard to maintain? with regular chrome you can take an sos pad to it but i'm not sure about black chrome.

Soap and water man. Never use a SOS pad on rims, EVER!!!

BTW, 18's look perfect on the 99-04's....

Most of the aftermarket replica 18" wheels aren't that much more expensive than 17's but the tires are another story
