IF any of you want to stuff the 5.4 DOHC in your car with the eaton ( or any other screw blower) on top then I have the answer for you soon. I am doing this install on my 99 currently and want to see if there is interest in this for the possibility of future parts availability only. I AM NOT SELLING ANYTHING AT THIS TIME. I just want to see if I can help the modular world.

1. A 4.6 cobra intake that will fit directly on the 5.4 DOHC motor. This intake will be port matched to the navi intake gasket. Big difference over the cobra head and will only raise the height aprox. 1/4 " . No sharp bends and small ports like the RR adapters.

2. 5.4L DOHC timing cover that will have all the needed mounting points for your terminator pulley bridge, lower s/c pulley, and alternator.

3. Extended Cobra coolant crossover

As of today I have the intake completely engineered, the timing cover will be finished next week as possibly the crossover. Once everything is finished and test fitted on my motor I may offer them for sale publicly only if enough interest is shown.

Any interest in these parts?

Dave,
There is an Australian shop that is also doing this to their Falcon vehicles. I am the representative up here in the states. I question what you are doing for a crank dampner?
Please advise,
Thanks,
Rob

Sounds like a cool mod for those who are looking for more cubes. :nice: I would really like to see some pics of your 99 and how that motor looks all squeezed in there.

On a different note and just a reminder Dave... sales are allowed in the classified forums only! :nono:

Unless of course you want to consider becomming an authorized :SNSign: vendor. :stick:

I am using the stock Navi dampner for now.
Are you talking about batten performance? I tried contacting them but never got a response. I was interested in some pricing on parts. Send me a PM if you don't mind.

Once I have it all in there I will shoot some pics. I already got a demerit point for this thread. Funny, the 'other' mustang sites are more forgiving. I really only started the threads as a interest gauge.
