prochamber or lowering springs

I'd go with the springs first. You'll get more benefits from a good spring/damper setup than you would from the prochamber. After that, look into gears, then a mid-pipe...

Couldn't agree more - get yourself an offroad x pipe ($150 or less if you go used- $100) a quality header/collector gasket(s) if your car requires one ($15) and order some Tokico 5-way Adjustables w/springs (you can get them on ebay for about $500 for the whole package) Install them all yourself - of if you don't know how to find a buddy - eveyone has a car buddy I assume. Struts/Shocks can be done in less than an hour if you know what you are doing - exhuast swap if you have a good floor jack and/or jack stands and the RIGHT tools can be done in your garage in about 1-2 hours - BUT you have to be extremely careful removing the nuts from the header bolts because if you strip ONE bolt you need a whole new header bolt ($250 minimum) and if you don't fix a stripped bolt you will hear the worst sounding leak ever!

You will thank me later!

Yeah? Tell that to Tom Dugan at Dugan racing, a MUSTANG shop, that did it to my Cobra when I got them to install an hpipe! Safe to say I never gave him another penny of my business after that blunder...If you don't know what you are doing it is VERY easy to screw up - so if you call it BS then clarify why - because I guarantee you that unless you are a professional mechanic with the right tools you run the RISK of doing it - I know of three other mustangs that had the same problems when doing an exhaust swap in your driveway. Yes you can bolt the exhuast up once you strip it, but that annoying exhaust leak will haunt you for as long as you own the car, unless you get it fixed - sink a new header bolt onto the header. If you call bs give an explanation because so far I have four examples of how EASY it is to do.:bs:

Header bolts go into the head. You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. And I was referring to the $250 minimum.

NO header bolts are also located at the collector- or maybe you glue your mid pipes to the headers? - if so then good luck, because last time I did exhuast work there are TWO bolts at the collector on each side and if you strip one of them getting the nut off then you need a NEW bolt...how else would you "bolt" your exhuast up to the headers???

Those are collector bolts. If you order a set of "header" bolts, you're going to get eight (for a Ford anyway).

I can vouch for how easy it is to strip the stud on the collector end of the header. I just did it last weekend. It started cross threading coming out, so I used some more force, and bam, it sheared right off. Right now i'm trying to decide whether to get it fixed, or just go with new headers.

their called studs to beging with.. and yea, its not like its a 250 minimun for the ONE stud replacement, cause why would u do that if u can get new headers for 270 anyways with everything new.. def. not saying its not a pita tho..
