Man that looks simple. Nice work. I still have my 65 sitting.hint hint :)

It takes time. When you're done, and stand back it look real easy. But it take s alot of time.I gotcha.( hint, hint):D I'm waiting on parts to come in right now to make 65-66 headers.Hoe to have some made and done ready for production in about 2-3 months. Biggest problem is I have to pay for all this stuff outta pocket because I can't make money until I can sell them. I'm not crying at all. I love doing this. But I just wish I could do it faster. Maybe I'll take up a trailer to the show, and your car will come home with me.

1030 at night and it lives again !! Kinda sucks though, for me. We found a straight thru muffler that sounds REALLY good. But it's 100 bux, and I want one now. Just need to throw in the dash, finish the cold side when we ge tthe parts and fab a return hose for the rad. He's gat a huge radiator in it, and still wanted the DP to run south for plug acess. Better get home. Starting to forget what my boy looks like. I think we set a record in the turbomustang world with this build time.
Vid to come......

Man, this build is cool as hell. I don't know why, just fun to watch. :) I'm watching it on the *other* Mustang site as well.

I just got an awesome(and cheap!) H1E in the mail today. Before this it was destined for some nutter 2.3 turbo. Now I'm eyeballing my '68. :D ........though it's either a 302/H1E or the quad turbo idea I' wrestling with. ;)

A quick question; are you going to put a little pipe extension or anything on the wastegate outlet? It looks close to the pan and lower arm pivot, but I can't really tell from the picture. Might be my imagination.

Nobody seems to be interested on some of the boards.
No extension on the wastegate outlet. That's my wastegate, and I ran it the same way...what are you thinking about ?
It's pretty close to the pan, but its obviously a wide pan.

*coughturbomustangcough*:D

Maybe be doing an orange build here :) , or a primer maverick. Dunno yet.

Shouldnt the carb be in an enclosure? Im not really knowledgeable enough about the turbo/carb combo to know, but from what I hear/read that seems like the best way to use a carb with any kind of boost.

Go to www.turbomustangs.com, there is a complete run down of what needs to be accomplished to run with just a hat. CSU has it down to a science, when it comes to blow through:)

have you had any probs hitting that down pipe on anything or anything getting caught? it sees all out in harms way, even though it would hit your oil pan if it wasn't there that makes me nervous, how about you?
