Ask to speak to a manager or something, and dont get too hostile with them... the angrier you get the less likely your gonna have anything good come out of the situation. Emailing for a refund doesnt sound correct either. They should have all your shipping info and stuff right there infront of them.

Ive ordered from them and it was fine, but ive heard of other bad experiences from there also.

I've had nothing but good experience with them as well. Although on anything like that, I would first call to do the order and not order it online. I'd make sure I speak to an actual person to make sure someone is held accountable for my product. But you're right, they should be able to refund your money as long as the product hasn't shipped, yet. If it has, that may complicate things. Either way, you best bet is to remain calm. Coming from personal experience, I used to be a retail manager and within the first few seconds, I can assess the situation and decide whether or not I will help this person and to what degree. If you're a dick right off the bat (not saying you were), regardless of what you think you're entitled to, they will not likely help you in a way you feel is suitable.

i just called them again and the dude jeff tells me that there is no manager its just him and some other guy and they only sell parts

they dont have my tracking number because its being dropped shipped and they cant give me a refund for the part only way to get my money back is to email

i told him i did not find them on the internet i found them in a magazine and if i did not have a computer then how could i email them with a problem

all he could say is dude all i do is sell parts
you have to email this is an internet based busiess

dude i want to kick somebodys azz rigth now

i even called fizard or what every there name is for the flywheel to see if they could help and they said only the dist. would have the tracking number and rpm outlet is a dist. of frizanza (what every its called)

i did not order online but form mm&ff magz

this has got to be bad busniess you cant tell a person to email someone about a problem with an order then have them wait days to even get a response what if you dont like what they have to say then you have to email and wait another 2days for another response that is bull

i am not sure what i should do about this but i am pissed and i dont even want the item now

I hate those bastards. They screwed me pretty hard on a set of SLP LT's last summer and it took 2 MONTHS to get my $700 back! They kept lying and lying to me about crap and I had to call them everyday. I hate that place and will NEVER order from them. :notnice:

Last Friday was only TWO BUSINESS DAYS ago. Damn dude, give the vendor a chance to react to your private communications before you make public threads like this.

I called them once to order something because their ad in MM&FF said they sold the C&L plenum/Accufab 75mm TB combo for 299. I thought no way its that cheap so I called to confirm. I got some girl on the phone who didnt even sound like she had a clue. She kept telling me to check their website for prices. I kept telling her the website didnt have the combo listed like the magazine did. I just decided to give up, assume it was a misprint, and order the parts elsewhere. Im glad I did.

It depends if the ad said "second business day" delivery or second day... because there is a difference. If it says second day, then it should be delivered that second day, regardless if it is a sunday or tuesday or whatever. If it says second business day, then tuesday or wensday you should be expecting it.

anytime some one tells me that i have to email some one to get a refund your dam rigth i am going to blast there azz in the forum

its call poor customer service its no way in hell you can tell me that i can pay you money and you have no way of telling me that the item i ordered from you is even on its way

then to tell me if i want a refund i have to email some one for them to tell me we'll get back to you in 2 days is bull man you dont do business that way

tell you what send me 250 bucks for some underdrive pullies i will take your money in less then 2mins flat

o yea but i dont know when your going to get them i dont know who is shipping them but i am sure you will get them

o yea if you dont get them or you want a refund send and email because the guys that you talked to on the phone can't do anything but take your money

let me quote one of them "jeff, dude i just sell parts you have to email the helpdesk if you want a refund or to find out if your item is on its way"

what a crock of sh**T

that second day thing applies to a shop or distributor that is open 7 days a week, otherwise it will be the 2 business day deal

i ordered from them a while ago, after a week of no response that i order was shipped, ( and still not billed for) I gave up, its been over a month and i got my stuff from someone else, hope they dont charge me when they feel like it.
im not to impressed with them, but they technically didnt take anyhting from me.

Hate to say it but Im with Jeff. You are really venting in the wrong direction, its not his fault that you do not have your part, however he should have offered you a better response than to email the help desk. If you were irate with him, then you deserve the response you got. If you call up with an attitude things are less likely to be resolved in the proper manner. Like what has already been said, call and ask to speak with a manager.

I know the feeling, i ordered 14 quarts of synthetic ATF on friday and they just shipped em today - my car is waiting on my GF's dad's lift while the tranny is being built - if it's not here by friday (it's comming from NY) then ill have to wait till next weekend to put it together and this is my DD. Not the company's fault tho, i shoulda ordered it earlier.

I had problems with them also. My Predator was supposed to come with a thermostat and it didn't. I called and heard "it's on it's way" then emailed and heard the same thing. Took about a month to get it and it was the wrong one. I said hell with it. Never again from them. Sorry. I will pay the little extra for good customer service and competent people. Just my .02

I ordered a SCT Strategy Flash from them.

What I got was a USED unit that had the Strategy Flash programming deleted. I had to spend $75 at a local shop just to get a tune on it, when it was supposed to come with three preloaded ones for my car.

I e-mailed them many times and NEVER got a reply back.

I agree, do not buy from them.

Here's a thought and just my $.02.

MM&FF states somewhere (& i forget where) that they stand by the vendors that place ads in their publication. IT also stated that should you have any issues, to contact them (MM&FF) and let them know.

I'm not saying that MM&FF will ship you your part, but after this is done you might wanna think about letting them know about your issue.

I personally would not buy from RPM Outlet simply because of all the complaints i have seen on this forum. If enough people let MM&FF know, maybe, just maybe, the publication would in turn tell RPM something and their service may improve.

To do nothing would be the same as letting all the mustang enthusists buy from there knowing that they may get the shaft.

Just to clarify. I have not purchased from RPM Outlet. I have heard of both GOOD & BAD results about them. I am not trying to put them out of business.

But as consumers, we have a company like MM&FF that says that they are willing listen to our complaints and we should take advantage of that.

That is all.
