MGW!
I'm ready to replace my factory shifter but need to know if anyone has installed a Billet/Plus Hurst. I've had a Billet Hurst on order for over 2 months now and can't seem to get one. Should I go for the regular Hurst replacement shifter or wait until the Billet shows up?
Ok, so does this mean I can no longer get this shifter????

Personal opinion, but I want my car to sound like a shotgun is cocking when I shift inside the car. I don't want any of this hush hush crap. I bought a Mustang to be loud and obnoxious, not to be comfortable in.
Well, if that's the case, don't use any of the sound deadening material and dual dust boots that come with the MGW. If you really want your car to be like an animal it should shift right too. I'm telling you guys, the MGW shifter is a bad ass mother. George even has the shift rod/linkage mechanism isolated from the rest of the shifter meaning those parts can rotate with the twisting engine/transmission under power........result, no missed gears. I'll be posting a thread in a few weeks showing an honest comparison of the MGW to the Steeda/Pro50 design.
