I want to convert my 90 GT into 5 lugs and I want to put the 03 Mach 1 wheels on it. Does anyone know if I buy the 5-lug conversion kit from 50resto if that lug pattern will fit the Mach 1 wheels? I am guessing that the kit will convert it to the same lug pattern that ford uses on all the new stangs but I am just checking before I buy. Thanks

Nope, that kit will not work with the Mach 1 wheels.
You will need to convert to SN95 style brakes up front. You can use 5-lug drum in the rear if you want

The lug pattern is the same. The 5.0 resto kit is simply Mark 7/SVO front rotors and ranger axles and drum. The front rotors are the same as your fox brake rotors except that they have a 5th lug while stock is 40lug.
The dust cap/spindle snout is what causes the problems with the rims. SOme rims will mount, others won;t, but you won't be able to run a center cap at all.

94-98 16" waffle stars
94-95 17" tri-bars
94-97 Cobra wheels
'95 Cobra R's
ALL V6 wheels 94-04

edit: can you really run cobra r's with the kit?? i thought they had a center like many of the other wheels
You can run them. I guess they are slightly larger than the '98 Cobra wheel internally.
I can confirm that waaaay back when i ran SVO rotors, i sucessfully ran a FMS chrome Cobra R wheel on them. They bolted up fine with the center caps on and everything. Wish I took pics, they were sweet looking
